THE Motibhai Group has introduced a training program that seeks to empower employees to take control of their professional growth.

The SkillUp@Work is an ongoing training program that not only provides valuable learning opportunities but also creates a supportive environment where employees feel encouraged to grow and thrive.

“In a world where talent retention is increasingly vital, Motibhai Group is leading the charge with an innovative approach to upskilling its workforce,” manager human resources, training & compliance Wastika Chandra said.

“SkillUp@Work is not just another training program, it’s a comprehensive solution designed to equip teams with the tools they need to thrive in today’s dynamic workplace.”

The training was recently conducted by international trainer, Warwick McCormack at the company’s Suva and Nadi offices.

Ms Chandra said the core of this vital training covered an in-house library of training materials on a wide range of modules ranging from business growth essentials like leadership, sales and marketing, finance, strategic, people to personal development areas such as stress management and effective communication.

These are carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of employees at every level within the company that can be tailored to fit the specific needs of individual departments or teams within the organisation.

Group manager people, culture & admin Sanjay Kumar said they were excited about the possibilities that SkillUp@Work brought the company.

“Motibhai Group is committed to supporting its employees’ growth and development, and SkillUp@Work is just one example of the company’s dedication to building a talented and resilient workforce,” Mr Kumar said.
