The training was recently conducted by international trainer, Warwick McCormack at the company’s Suva and Nadi offices.
Ms Chandra said the core of this vital training covered an in-house library of training materials on a wide range of modules ranging from business growth essentials like leadership, sales and marketing, finance, strategic, people to personal development areas such as stress management and effective communication.
These are carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of employees at every level within the company that can be tailored to fit the specific needs of individual departments or teams within the organisation.
Group manager people, culture & admin Sanjay Kumar said they were excited about the possibilities that SkillUp@Work brought the company.
