Bula Vinaka,

Nihao!

“Since Spring Festival falls on the Chinese New Year, it is a very significant festival in China. Despite their distance, it is the time of the year when they get together as a family.” “I want to talk about my five months experience living in China. First, my academic life. I am so blessed to be given the opportunity by the Chinese Scholarship Council to be one of the scholarship students. I’m currently studying Mandarin Chinese. Acquiring knowledge of the four tones (incorrect tones prevent people from understanding what you’re trying to say), writing characters (make sure no stroke is missing), and Pinyin (write tones correctly) are all important. Although it may seem challenging, with the assistance of our teachers, we are able to learn it more quickly and speak it fluently.”

“China is a well-known nation worldwide in terms of manufacturing and the goods it produces. In my experience, Chinese work incredibly hard, they don’t waste time and are constantly engaged in numerous schedules. Also they have a strong emotional attachment to their culture. Living in China is also extremely safe. It’s a place of numerous lights, and they are really creative. They have incredibly advanced technologies. “The World at your Fingertips” is a popular expression. Simply push the button on your mobile phone to access to any desired content.”

“Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and many other cities are best for sight seeing. These cities are unique in its own way.

“I love China and its people. Hence, I’d love to learn a lot more about their Unique Culture and adapt to their ways of living.”

Vinaka Vakalevu.
