We, the family of KURT MAEVA LEONARD JOHN HOWARD,

-

would like to express our Deepest and Warmest Hear elt Gra tude to all our family, rela ves, friends, colleagues, and the many strangers who joined us all on Kurt’s final years of his journey to meet his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

The last 2 years have been the most painful. Yet it has also been the most faithfully alive, and the most humanely educa onal years for our family. From Kurt’s diagnosis, to his local treatment and on to his extensive stays in India undergoing treatment, to his last few months at home with his family…A journey that would not have been possible without your Love, your Prayers, your visits, your hear elt monetary contribu ons and fundraising, your praise and worship sessions for Kurt, your messages of strength and hope and just your being there throughout, in whatever way, with our family and with Kurt!

YOU all gave our son and brother the few more precious months we needed with him to hold him and tell him that we Loved him dearly, to tell him that we would miss him, to tell him that we would love him forever but also to tell our beloved Kurt that he could let go and rest peacefully in God’s Loving Arms.

When God called him to rest on 25th January 2024 our pain was again cradled by your overwhelming con nued love and messages of condolences and sympathy. Your visits to Blackrock to be with us, your text messages, your phone calls, your prayers, your contribu ons, your helping us throughout that weekend and week, the sleepless nights preparing and the long days working behind the scenes right up to Kurt’s final res ng place gloriously beau fied with the tradi onal tefuis made with Love – Again we would like to THANK YOU all from the depths of our hearts. Our families/rela ves here and abroad, our friends who have always been family, our church families, our beloved colleagues, our neighbours, Kurt’s classmates and to you the strangers who have become friends to us now through Kurt….and not forge ng to the Love of Kurt’s Life – Julia.

Today is Kurt’s 26th Birthday and we celebrate his life through this humble acknowledgement to you all for showing our family God’s Love in ac on - we will forever remember the Love that you have given to Kurt and to us and we can only pray that God will richly Bless you all and your families.

THANK YOU, again, from the bo om of our Hearts. With all our Love Darryn, Mata, Tiana and Ti fanue Howard.
