VT1s launches Lauti Au video clip

- By DEBRA STRONG

VT1S has gifted it's fans a valentines gift - the much anticipated video clip for 'Lauti Au' the hit song off their Ka Tolu Album currently climbing the Hot NZ Chart in New Zealand.

The showcasing platform produced by VTBOP Music and movement and music label, assists upcoming artists access to opportunities and a chance to earn a living from their talents.

VT1S is a collection of amazing young solo artists marketed as a collection for a broader, global audience.

They have spent much of 2023 breaking new musical ground with completely new sounds built on international trends and fusing traditional iTaukei chants, lali beats and catchy lyrics with what the rest of the world is listening to.

The man behind the unique VT1S sound is George Wasile, better known in the music business as Tropic Thunda or 'Thunda' and composer Steven Verekula aka Stee.

VT1S teamed up with a Fijianborn New Zealand pop and RnB artist, 'Lepani' who has played with artists like Stan Walker.

"Our team's collaboration with the talented Fijian artist, Lepani, was a natural fit. We initially contacted him about a possible collaboration, and he was enthusiastic about the idea from the start.

After sharing demos, numerous discussions, and Zoom meetings, we successfully created the masterpiece "Lauti Au."

VTBOP Management says the song features the outstanding vocals of Liz Vamrasi and 'Lepani', produced by Tropic Thunda and written by another VT1S artist, ONI Fiji.

You can watch the new video clip for 'Lauti Au' on Youtube off the official VT1S page.
