BAF: We are ready
BUSINESS Assistance Fiji (BAF) is ready for the MSME Conference scheduled for 7-8 March, which falls on Thursday and Friday of this week.
The conference will take place at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.
“We have already received and registered the required number of participants, and these participants are from throughout Fiji representing all the divisions including the maritime islands,” BAF General Manager Ramesh Chand said.
Mr Chand said the plenary sessions and the panel sessions were all organised.
“We have four international speakers and two local speakers who will be presenting in the plenary session.
“Additionally, we have organised eight-panel sessions covering eight different topics. All the panelists and moderators have been sorted out,” he said.
Mr Chand said all other logistics related to hosting the conference were complete, and BAF was fully prepared for the event.
“We are receiving feedback that people are excited about this conference since it is happening after a long time, and we are very positive that participants will leave enriched from this conference.
“We have had the program booklet printed for the participants and the conference bags are ready for distribution to the participants,” said Mr Chand.
He said BAF was excited about celebrating International
Women’s Day on Day 2 of the conference.
“We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, whose generous support has made the MSME Conference a reality.”
“Our major sponsors include Vodafone Fiji and Vodafone VitiKart, while our co-sponsors are Business Link Pacific, Tower Insurance, Fiji Airways, Telecom Fiji, and Star Hospitality,” he said.
