This pioneering initiative unites women from Coca-Cola europacific partners Fiji and Paradise Beverage under a single banner, dedicated to empowering and uplifting females across the

Pacific region. Aligned with this year's theme of "inspire inclusion" and the overarching theme of "Invest in women: Accelerate Progress," the CCEP Pacific Islands Sisterhood embodies a steadfast commitment to fostering a supportive environment where women can thrive personally and professionally.

Through mentorship, networking opportunities, and community outreach programs, the Sisterhood endeavours to inspire and empower women to unlock their full potential.

"We are thrilled to inaugurate the CCEP Pacific Islands Sisterhood on International Women's Day," exclaimed Pritika Chand, CCEP Head of People & Culture - Pacific Islands.

"This initiative underscores our unwavering dedication to diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.

By uniting women from both sites, we can forge a formidable network of support and collaboration."

The launch event at the Fiji Brewery promises to be a beacon of inspiration, featuring an array of activities including an internal keynote speaker, illuminating panel discussions, and engaging workshops tailored to various facets of women's empowerment.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, exchange experiences, and glean insights from each other's successes.
