FNPF-owned hotel appoints Taylor as head mixologist
GUESTS at Fiji National Provident Fund-owned InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa can anticipate heightened level of beverage experience with the appointment of Zimbabwe national Jordache Taylor as its new Head Mixologist and Sommelier.
With more than 12 years of international bar experience, Mr Taylor brings expertise and innovation to the resort, and a commitment to train and develop aspiring mixologists on the team.

Mr Taylor has worked across different continents and renowned luxury brands such as the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Mr Walker said his ventures in the Mediterranean peninsular solidified his reputation as a standout mixologist.
Mr Taylor graduated with qualifications in Wines, Spirits, and Sake, and also serves as a Whiskey ambassador.
“He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience to grow the skillset of the team, helping them keep up with the evolving craft of cocktail making.”
Mr Taylor currently resides in Cape Town, South Africa, and enjoys exploring water sports in his spare time, and plans to delve into Fiji’s rich culture and heritage, seeking inspiration for his craft.
