Gokals operations manager Vinesh Billimoria said the purpose of this newest outlet expansion was to have a wide range of products for their customers in the Western Division including the hotels.

Mr Billimoria said this move allows customers to conveniently access their products and services.

Gokals firmly believes in providing the best form of warranty for all its branded products.

He said customers received a warranty period of two years from the wide range of products available at their outlets.

They also cater for the tourism industry.

"Our focus is also on the hotel industries where we supply these products, basically on the commercial lines along with other local markets," he said..

Gokals prides itself with providing after-sale services to all their valued customers.

"Gokals has a fully-fledged service and repair department that provides backup service and repairs for all their range of merchandise.

Mr Billimoria says customer satisfaction is further ensured when they opened more retail stores to provide direct services to customers around the country and the region."

He says customer service, renowned brand names and warranty terms all contribute to their company keeping up with other suppliers and competitors in the market.

Gokals hope to expand their business by opening a few more stores soon.
