Baker Mickaël Reydellet, who won the best baguette in Paris last year, recently opened a new bakery in the heart of the 12th arrondissement, near the Gare de Lyon train station. Besides biting into the award-winning baguette, you can also savour some of the bakery’s other freshly baked breads such as the house’s rye bread.
