Ba­ker Mi­ckaël Rey­del­let, who won the best ba­guette in Pa­ris last year, re­cent­ly ope­ned a new bakery in the heart of the 12th ar­ron­dis­se­ment, near the Gare de Lyon train sta­tion. Be­sides bi­ting in­to the award-win­ning ba­guette, you can al­so sa­vour some of the bakery’s other fre­sh­ly ba­ked breads such as the house’s rye bread.
