In a rustic décor, taking you to rural France, chef Marc Veyrat’s new restaurant serves up hearty, country-style dishes. Tuck into a veal stew cooked with almond milk and served with polenta fries or beef carpaccio served with wild rocket, melted Beaufort cheese and polenta fries. The desserts here are just as rich with a praline tart and a traditional Savoie cake with wild blueberries on the menu.
