Créatures, the new 100% vegetarian pop-up dining concept in Paris, has opened on the Rooftop Terrace of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, with its spectacular view. At the helm is chef Julien Sebbag, who invites you to rediscover the flavours of vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers on a journey back to the heart of nature. The menu features vegetarian and vegan breakfasts and delicious mixed salads, with ingredients such as fennel, kohlrabi, ricotta, avocado and summer pear. Our taste buds are tingling at the thought!
