Impervious to the main seasonal trends (the seventies, bougie elegance…), Haider Ackermann keeps walking to the beat of his own very personal drum: impeccable cuts, skinny and androgynous silhouettes, colors reduced to a minimum (mainly black, off-white and camel). Out of his jackets and tops, he cuts graphic, bib-like décolletages. Even though he isn’t talkative in real life, on the runway, his collections speak loud and clear, with lyrics from his favorite songs embroidered or printed on certain pieces. A vision with an edge, very much like his sharp-as-a-knife cow-boy boots.
