It is the result of exhilarating trips, amazing tastings, discoveries and fabulous meetings!

So in the first part of the magazine you will meet great winemakers and spiritsmakers from Oregon, Scotland and Ireland. The wines of Sauternes offer such diversities of style, of wines that it is easy to match them with many salty and sweet recipes. Test new pairings and discover them to your family and friends. Feel free to think outside the box, you will not be disappointed !

Bordeaux is one of the largest and one of the most renowned wine regions in the world. We believe its reputation not only runs through the names of some very famous châteaux and exceptional winemakers but its wealth is also seen in less famous Châteaux. This diversity is the amazing richness of Bordeaux ! In this magazine you will find presentations of some wines from Pomerol, Lalande-de-Pomerol, Fronsac, Canon-Fronsac, Cadillac Côtes-de-Bordeaux, Sauternes…

Oregon is one of my favorite american wine regions. This state has a great diversity of terroir which is unfortunately often overlooked. There are a lot of different terroirs, possibilities in the same region that gain recognition step by step. In this section you will find reviews presenting not only wines and but also spirits from all the state !

Provence… This region has a great diversity of terroir which is unfortunately often overlooked. Provence is often know for rosé but this region produce also white and red! For this time I choose to introduce to you some red wines from Provence.

Bourgogne white wines are world renowned. We make some of best white wines of the world in this region. So how can we resist the temptation to discover, explore and taste the incredible diversity of Bourgogne white wines.

Sicilia… this name is synonymous of great lifestyle, evasion, epicureanism and of course wine! It’s one of the oldest places where making wine in the world

Austria… It’s synonymous of great white wines. Some of best Rieslings are from this country. So how I could not resist the temptation to go and to discover the Wachau and Vienna region.

Whiskies… what can I say about this great Spirit. It’s one of the oldest and most famous spirits in the world. It’s possible to find a Whisky/Whiskey for each time, each occasion, each taste of one’s life. To enjoy on the rocks, with a cigar, as an apperitif, in a mix, as a digestif or to pair with a whole meal (yes we can !).
