In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon paste and small touches of apple, Williams pear associated with slight touches of flint as well as subtle hints of exotic fruitss and spices on the finish. Good length.

Columbia Oregon, Oregon The nose is fruity and slightly gourmand. It reveals notes of strawberry and fleshy/fresh raspberry associated with slight hints of apple as well as a subtle touch of citrus. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, quite supple and offers a beautiful suavity, a nice freshness, gourmandise as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, fleshy raspberry and slight hints of juicy plum chair associated with a slight touch of apple, subtle hints of lemon as well as a very discreet hint of minerality and an imperceptible hint of fresh mandarin (in the background). Good length.

It reveals notes of plum, black cjerry and slight hints of juicy/crushed cassis associated with a discreet hint of chocolate, oak and a very discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of cornflower. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively tight and offers a very slight minerality, fat as well as a very slight freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of purple plum and slight notes of black cherry, juicy blueberry associated with a subtle touch of red fruits jam, toasted hints oak as well as a subtle/discreet hint of spices and a very discreet hint of tobacco (in the background). Good length.

It reveals notes of crème de cassis, black cherry and slight touches of wild strawberry associated with discreet hints of redcurrant sweet, spices, toasted oak as well as a very subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, suave, well-built, well-balanced, racy, fine, concentrated and offers tension, a slight acid frame, a slight freshness as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, cassis and small woody touches, vanilla, spices as well as subtle hints of pepper, chocolate, licorice and an imperceptible hint of caramelization. Tannins are slightly firm, a bit tight and slightly dusty. Nice persistence (with a hint of chocolate).

The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a slight freshness, a slight suavity as well as residual sugar. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe yellow apple, quince and touches of kumquat associated with subtle hints of yellow fruits as well as a discreet hint of beeswax and slight notes of sweet spices (on the persistence). Good length. The persistence is relatively gourmand.

In the mouth this wine expresses notes of red cherry and cassis associated with slight touches of black cherry, a woody hint as well as subtle hints of cacao beans, sweet spices and subtle touches of vanilla. Tannins are fine and structuring. Good length.
