For me, wine is a moment maker. We want wine when we have to celebrate, when we are sad, when we are with our family, when we make love… It’s quite a responsibility to make wine for all of that! In addition, wine is the result of the perfect match between plants, sun, wind, soil, the human, and the Terroir.We need that good relationship and more than ever, we need to respect nature to conserve this good understanding.Wine is transmission, emotion, and it has to mean… respect.
