The nose is fruity and structured. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small berries and small notes of warm local grove associated with a touch of crunchy small red fruits as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, racy, balanced, beautifully acidulous (acidulous frame) and offers precision, gourmandize, a fine tension, freshness, dynamism, a good finesse of the structure, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a fine deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy red berries, juicy / crunchy blackberry and small notes of crunchy / juicy cassis associated with small touches of violet, Cuben pepper as well as very discreet toasted hints, toasted almonds and a subtle hint of black olive (in the background). Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of hazelnut, cedar and vanilla on the persistence.

The nose is beautifully elegant, fine, racy, full of finesse and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine complexity, a small aerial side, roundness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of juicy small blue fruits associated with fine touches of plum, sense of place as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg, hazelnut, olive tree, salinity and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, acidulous, full of elegance / finesse, beautifully defined, elegant and offers juiciness, freshness, a beautiful finesse of the suavity, fat, a very fine grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry associated with a touch of ripe / juicy redcurrants, hints of violet, small local flowers, sense of place as well as very slight toasted hints, tonka bean, toasted almonds, black olive and a subtle hint of caramelization. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. Beautiful persistence.

It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of black plum associated with small touches of small blue fruits, Cuben pepper, fine hints of spices, nutmeg, sense of place, a very discreet hint of olive, of racy minerality (terroir) as well as an imperceptible hint of wild strawberry, cumin, salinity, black olive and rosewood. The palate is fruity, wellbalanced, elegant, aerial, very discreetly tight and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, finesse, harmony, dynamism, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy blackberry and small notes of black plum associated with a touch of wild strawberry, small blue fruits, violet, a hint of sense of place, olive tree, salinity, spices as well as a very discreet hint of black olive, caramelization and toasted. Tannins are elegant and beautifully fine. Good length.
