On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ acidulous cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of acidulous Boysen berry, small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of acidulous blueberry as well as fine hints of lily, fresh violet, a discreet hint of chocolate, mushroom, carameliza­tion, iode and acidulous plum.
