The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral and offers juiciness, sapidity, a small fullness, a beautiful tension, energy, a fine straightness and a small fat due to the bâtonnage. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh apple, crunchy pear and small notes of fleshy peach associated with touches of quenette, yuzu, zests as well as a hint of carambola and a subtle hint of white flowers. Good length. A very discreet hint of almond on the persistence. Score : 16/20 (92/100)

The nose is fresh, mineral, racy and well-defined. It reveals notes of lemon zests, mesocarp and small notes of fresh/crunchy apple associated with small touches of William pear, pear flowers, lemon flowers, discreet hints of fresh pink lychee and an imperceptible hint of fresh rose petal. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, wellbalanced, racy and offers a good definition, gourmandize, fullness, fat as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lychee, fresh/juicy apple and small notes of pear associated with touches of fresh lemon, a racy minerality, small white fresh fruits as well as a discreet hint of passion fruit, mesocarp and an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers. A very discreet hint of fresh almond in the persistence.
