The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a nice freshness, a certain creaminess, a small concentration, a small mineral frame as well as a small chiseled side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, creamy blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of small red berries, lilac, garrigue, chocolate, thyme as well as a subtle hint of vanilla bean and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, precision, a fine suavity, gourmandize, a beautiful roundness, a good finesse of the fat, a pure / precise fruit as well as a silky and precise touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / bright wild blackberry, pulpy / bright berries and small notes of violet, strawberry associated with touches of pulpy blue fruits, dry local grove, olive tree, black olive, zan, hints of vanilla as well as a fine hint of blond tobacco and sage. Tannins are wellbuilt and structuring. Good length.
