The nose is aro­matic and of­fers gour­man­dise, a fine con­cen­tra­tion as well as ele­gance / straight­ness. It re­veals notes of black­berry and cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of crushed red­cur­rant, crushed rasp­berry, licorice, hints of flow­ers, olive, carameliza­tion as well as small touches of choco­late and wood. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a nice min­eral frame, a fine ten­sion, straight­ness, a cer­tain fi­nesse, fresh­ness, juici­ness as well as a cer­tain fi­nesse and a nice min­eral frame. On the palate, this wine ex­presses notes of juicy black­berry, juicy rasp­ber­ries / berries and small notes of cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with a hint of fleshy straw­berry, plum as well as small touches of caramelized oak, car­damom and a touch of vanilla Bour­bon. Tan­nins are fine, a bit chewy and straight. Good length..
