Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

The nose is relatively aromatic and offers a fine concentration and a good structure. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe pepper and slight notes of licorice combined with a subtle hint of cardamom / spices and a very discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, wellbalanced, silky and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity, fat and a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and cassis associated with touches of blueberry, raspberry jam, vanilla / caramelized oak, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of spices and flowers (in the background). Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length.
