The nose is fruity and offers a fine sweetness as well as elegance. It reveals a fine touch of dried white grapes, green apples and fine touches of candied lemon, candied pear combined with a fine hint of pineapple in syrup as well as a touch of pâtisserie­s (in the background). oak, chocolate, honey and a very discreet hint of salinity. The palate is fruity, beautifull­y gourmande and offers fat, unctuousit­y, a fine delicacy, harmony and precision. In the mouth this Scotch Whisky expresses notes of candied pear, raisins, citrus fruits and pineapple in syrup associated with fine touches of pâtisserie­s, white peach in syrup as well as a discreet touch of grilled oak, caramel, vanilla and a very discreet touch of cocoa. There is a hint of spices on

the finish.
