Pendleton 1910 Canadian Rye Whiskey

The nose is fruity, round, quite elegant and specifid. It reveals fine notes of caramelized oak, black cherry and candied peach associated with a subtle hint of cigar/blond tobacco as well as slight touches of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight minerality, roundness, suavity, gourmandise, a nice roundness/sweetness, a beautiful fat as well as finesse. In the mouth this Whsikey expresses notes of candied lemon, candied peach and slight touches of candied cherry associated with hints of apricot, caramel, tobacco/cigar as well as a subtle hint of vanilla and sweet spices/wood.
