The nose is fruity, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers a certain finesse. It reveals fine notes of beeswax, candied orange associated with subtle hints of apricot, dried peach, slight touches of lemon paste as well as discreet woody touches and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial and offers a beautiful fat. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of honey, apricot and compoted apple/baked apple associated with slight touches of lemon paste, vanilla, woody touches as well as a subtle hint of cedar and a very discreet hint of cacao. Good length and persistence.
