Cascade Alchemy – Bourbon Whiskey

The nose is powerful, quite intense and offers concentration as well as harmony. It reveals woody notes, dried peach and slight notes of dried orange associated with a touch of flowers, caramelization, subtle touches of Sichuan pepper, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of cacao, ash, peat and an imperceptible hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine gourmandise, a beautiful fat, a beautiful definition, a nice precision, harmony as well as tension. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of peach compote and small notes of marmelade, caramel, woody notes associated with subtle touches of vanilla, crushed mirabelle plum, a discreet hint of cacao, a very discreet hint of pepper as well as a touch of violet, crushed cherry and an imperceptible hint of ash (in the background).
