The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of papaya, cereals and mountain flowers/ vegetal notes associated with touches of rocky minerality as well as a very slight hint of anise (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, straightness, tension, a slight suavity as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of papaya and mountain flowers/vegetal notes associated with slight/discreet hints of pepper, rocky minerality as well as a very slight hint of anise (in the background). Good length.
