Pomerol The nose is aro­matic, finely pow­er­ful and of­fers a fine con­cen­tra­tion. It re­veals notes of red­cur­rant jam, cas­sis and fine notes of ripe wild straw­berry com­bined with hints of choco­late, grilled oak, sub­tle hints of spices as well as a dis­creet hint of white pep­per and cumin. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a fine acid frame, a fine min­er­al­ity, a nice straight­ness / ten­sion, a nice fresh­ness as well as a nice, el­e­gant and silky mat­ter. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of juicy / fleshy black­berry, crushed red­cur­rant and cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with touches of black­berry, wood as well as fine hints of wild straw­berry and a sub­tle hint of caramelized oak on the fin­ish. Tan­nins are well-built. Good length.

The mouth is fruity, well-bal­anced, finely pow­er­ful and of­fers a beau­ti­ful fresh­ness, an acid frame, a nice def­i­ni­tion / fi­nesse of the grain, a good def­i­ni­tion, straight­ness as well as a beau­ti­ful guide­line. On the palate, this wine ex­presses notes of juicy black­berry, blue­berry and fleshy cas­sis com­bined with hints of juicy wild straw­berry, red berries as well as fine hints of caramelized oak, sweet spices and a sub­tle hint of cedar wood. Tan­nins are well-built and very slightly firm.

On the palate, this wine ex­presses notes of fleshy / juicy Boy­sen­berry, cas­sis, ripe wild straw­ber­ries com­bined with hints of co­coa, rasp­berry, toasted hints, gray pep­per and im­per­cep­ti­ble / dis­creet hints of flow­ers. Tan­nins are fine, a bit grainy and of­fer a beau­ti­ful grain. Good length. Beau­ti­ful per­sis­tence with slight notes of co­coa and cof­fee.

The mouth is fruity, gour­mande, silky, nicely suave, el­e­gant, well-bal­anced and of­fers fat, ten­sion a beau­ti­ful def­i­ni­tion, a nice acid frame, har­mony, a nice def­i­ni­tion, a nice mat­ter as well as a fine racy min­er­al­ity. On the palate, this wine ex­presses notes of Boy­sen­berry and ripe blue­ber­ries com­bined with fine notes of fleshy straw­berry, hints of ripe berries as well as sub­tle toasted touches oak, dark choco­late, spices and very dis­creet hints of gray pep­per (in the back­ground). Tan­nins are fine and a bit firm. Good length. The per­sis­tence and the af­ter­taste are slightly pow­er­ful and of­fer fine hints of co­coa, espresso as well as a sub­tle hint of caramelized oak.

On the palate this wine ex­presses notes of juicy Boy­sen­berry, fleshy blue­berry and fine notes of crunchy Gariguette straw­berry as­so­ci­ated with fine hints of rasp­berry, grilled wood, mocha, gray pep­per, clay, flow­ers, spices as well as slight touches of choco­late and carameliza­tion.
