Cré­mant de Bour­gogne The nose is rel­a­tively fruity and finely creamy. It re­veals notes of egg cream and crushed ap­ple as­so­ci­ated with fine notes of crunchy white peach as well as a dis­creet hint of quince and pear. The palate is fruity and well-bal­anced. The ef­fer­ves­cence is lively, dy­namic and of­fers av­er­age size bub­bles. On the palate this Cré­mant ex­presses notes of crunchy peach and green ap­ple sor­bet as­so­ci­ated with small notes of quince, lemon / zest of lemon and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of al­mond.

It re­veals notes of pear com­pote and fine notes of ap­ple, quince as­so­ci­ated with a very dis­creet hint of brioche and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a fine acid frame, a fine juici­ness, a fine straight­ness as well as a very fine fat. The ef­fer­ves­cence is rel­a­tively creamy and of­fers a small dy­namism. In the mouth this Cré­mant ex­presses notes of lemon and crunchy brugnon as­so­ci­ated with small notes of man­darin, crushed small yel­low fruits and beeswax. Good length.

The palate is fruity, well­bal­anced, well-built and of­fers an acid frame, a fine suavity and a good def­i­ni­tion. The ef­fer­ves­cence is fine and quite dy­namic. On the palate this wine ex­presses notes of ripe lemon, ripe green ap­ple and small notes of pear as­so­ci­ated with a sub­tle hint of beeswax. Good length. There is a very dis­creet hint of man­darin on the af­ter­taste.
