Columbia Valley The nose is powerful, structured and offers concentration. It reveals slight notes of cassis and ripe red fruits (wild strawberry, redcurrant) associated with touches of gray pepper, spices and woody touches. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers suavity, gourmandise, roundness, freshness as well as a nice definition. In the mouth this wine expresses slight notes of ripe blackberry and cassis associated with slight touches of black cherry, discreet hints of ripe strawberry as well as subtle woody hints, chocolate and grilled. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a slight hint of chocolate, caramelization and an impercpetible hint of hazelnut on the persistence.

Columbia Valley The nose is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a slight power (in the background) as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of crème de cassis and blackberry associated with slight touches of very ripe raspberry, redcurrant sweet as well as a slight woody hint, Sichuan pepper and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, silky, nicely built and offers tension, gourmandise, a slight aerial aspect, a beautiful roundness/volume as well as a nice structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe raspberry associated with slight touches of cacao, woody touches as well as subtle hints of almond, subtle toasted hints, chocolate and woody hints. Good length. A beautiful wine !

Columia Valley The nose is fruity, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of black berries associated with slight notes of olive tree, blackberry, strawberry, black cherry as well as slight/discreet touches of spices (in the background) and a very discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful suavity, a fine acid frame, elegance, gourmandise, harmony, precision, a certain delicacy, a slight juiciness, a nice definition, a beautiful volume as well as a discreet unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum, blackberry and touches of chocolate associated with slight touches of caramelized oak, an imperceptible hint of coffee, woody hints as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and black pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm.

Eola Amity Hills - Willamette Valley The nose is mineral, fresh and well-built. It reveals notes of fresh lemon and lemon zests associated with slight/discreet hints of fresh green apple as well as subtle notes of fresh exotic fruitss. The palate is fruity, round,fat and offers suavity as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe Williams pear and touches of exotic fruitss associated with slight hints of fresh lemon, notes of flint as well as slight/discreet hints of spices (in the background). Good persistence.

In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon and yellow fruits/Mirabelle associated with discreet hints of exotic fruitss, orange jam as well as very discreet notes of oak on the aftertaste. Good length and persistence.

It reveals notes of oak/vanilla, ripe brugnon and ripe/crushed apple associated with hints of grilled bread and butter. The palate is fruity, mineral, fine, well-balanced, racy (beautiful terroir expression) and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful roundness as well as a slight fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/fresh apple and fresh white peach associated with small notes of lemon, clementine, quince as well as discreet woody touches, vanilla, grilled bread and a subtle hint of lemon zests/ clementine on the persistence. Good length.
