The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a fine intensity, a fine juiciness, a small crunchiness, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful grain as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of crunchy red berries, ripe wild strawberries and ripe redcurrants combined with fine touches of racy minerality, a touch of white pepper, garrigue / rosemary as well as subtle hints of spices, a very discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight, soft and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a very fine density, gourmandise, purity / precision, freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe red berries associated with small notes of black cherry, small black fruits as well as fine / discreet touches of black olive, spices and very discreet hints of garrigue. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
