The nose is aro­matic, racy (ter­roir) and of­fers gour­man­dise, depth­ness as well as a beau­ti­ful el­e­gance. It re­veals notes of black cherry, black­berry, licorice and fine touches of ripe Gariguette straw­berry, spices as­so­ci­ated with a very dis­creet hint of Cuben pep­per, flow­ers, hazel­nut as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble touch of hazel­nut (in the back­ground) and laven­der. The palate is fruity, suave, el­e­gant, pre­cise, racy (ter­roir) and of­fers dy­namism, a beau­ti­ful acid frame, a beau­ti­ful def­i­ni­tion, har­mony, depth­ness, gen­eros­ity as well as a beau­ti­fully fine and (very) slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine ex­presses notes of black cherry, black­berry and ripe red berries as­so­ci­ated with dis­creet touches of spices, vi­o­let / laven­der, dis­creet touches of Cuben pep­per, a very dis­creet touch of licorice as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of io­dine and im­per­cep­ti­ble grilled hint (in the back­ground). Good length. Beau­ti­ful fin­ish and per­sis­tence. A racy wine, full of sin­cer­ity !
