The nose is aromatic, racy (terroir) and offers gourmandise, depthness as well as a beautiful elegance. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry, licorice and fine touches of ripe Gariguette strawberry, spices associated with a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper, flowers, hazelnut as well as an imperceptible touch of hazelnut (in the background) and lavender. The palate is fruity, suave, elegant, precise, racy (terroir) and offers dynamism, a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful definition, harmony, depthness, generosity as well as a beautifully fine and (very) slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and ripe red berries associated with discreet touches of spices, violet / lavender, discreet touches of Cuben pepper, a very discreet touch of licorice as well as an imperceptible hint of iodine and imperceptible grilled hint (in the background). Good length. Beautiful finish and persistence. A racy wine, full of sincerity !
