Château Roquegrave*

Médoc

-

The nose reveals notes of wild berries and cassis combined with small touches of red fruit jelly, licorice, caramelization, small toasted touches and gray pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness as well as a fine mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed cassis and red fruit jelly associated with small notes of cherry, crushed raspberry as well as touches of liquorice, spices and a very discreet hint of sweet tobacco. Tannins are fine. Good length.
