Kanepi, a small Estonian town, has adopted a new emblem: the cannabis leaf. The emblem was chosen by online users — about 12,000 people voted for the emblem, although the town has a population of only 5,000. The town council then held a vote, and the result of the online vote was approved by nine members, with eight in opposition.
