Depressed monk
A Japanese monk is suing his temple in response to a culture of excessive work — a rare public labour dispute in a country which has a word meaning “death by overwork” (karoshi)... The monk, from a World Heritage site temple located in Koyasan, said that his heavy workload gave him depression. He declared having worked 64 days in a row in 2015, on occasion for 17 hours straight.
