Certes, le nom du restaurant n’est pas des plus « glamour » mais il a le mérite de bien résumer la philosophie des lieux.Table « gastronomique, biologique et éthique » selon les propos du chef Bilal Amrani. Uniquement des plats dont les ingrédients ont été produits, élevés en agriculture biologique ou sauvages. C’est très bien, mais l’important est de savoir utiliser ces excellents ingrédients pour en faire des plats réussis et c’est parfaitement le cas.
This is definitely not the most “glamorous” name for a restaurant but it does have the merit of summing up the place’s philosophy nicely. It’s a “gourmet, organic and ethical” restaurant, according to the words of chef Bilal Amrani. They only serve food with ingredients which have been produced and raised organically or in the wild. This is great but the important thing is to know how to use these excellent ingredients to cook tasty dishes and, here, that’s absolutely the case.
