10 years of journeys, encounters and emotions

Indeed, 10 years ago marked the beginning of Winter Sensations Magazine’s adventure.

The first magazine born in Switzerland (and at the time unique!), dedicated to winter tourism and lifestyle.

Social networks did not have at that time the immense power or the buzz that they generate today, where we (often…) find influencers who know nothing about hospitality or gastronomy and have no travel culture. A world of fake news where the only compass is the number of followers.

Winter Sensations, however, as a classic media outlet, managed to build a reputation that is now international thanks to its presence on the global digital platform PressReader. Through our downloads, we see readers from Japan, Canada, and even Brazil; that’s gratifying and pleasing.

Thank you to our longstanding partners, who continue to follow us and appreciate the written press, the kind that one reads. Indeed, because we love the written word, and we always hope that there will be assiduous readers at the other end.

As I always say, Winter Sensations was born and will remain a magazine/ guide to keep in your library, so that you have an overview of the most beautiful Alpine resorts that we have explored over the years. We’ve been to around fifty of them, but there are still quite a few left to visit. The road ahead is still long, and even if it’s dotted with obstacles, we will always be committed to sharing our passion for travel with you. Three cheers for the winter, the mountains, and the press!
