Ben Fischer is the new HR manager at an international company that employs 3,500 people worldwide. The company is thinking about changing their holiday policy. The idea is to introduce flexible holidays for everyone. It’s Ben’s responsibility to present the advantages of such a policy to staff in the different locations.
