Greece mourns victims of Nice attack
Flags fly at half-mast at the French Embassy in Athens, in a tribute to the victims of Thursday’s deadly attack in Nice, France. A condolence book has also been opened at the embassy. Greek flags on public buildings will hang at half-mast for the three days of French national mourning. ‘We express our unequivocal condemnation and abhorrence of the new, deadly terrorist attack in France,’ the Foreign Ministry said yesterday. President Prokopis Pavlopoulos also condemned the attack and conveyed his condolences to his French counterpart Francois Hollande.
