German vanishes on Rhodes

Police on Rhodes were searching for a German tourist who went missing on August 21, shortly before he was scheduled to depart from the island along with his wife and two children. Sergeij Enns, 34, had arrived on Rhodes with his family on August 11 and was to catch a flight to Hannover last Sunday, but disappeared in the morning after going to the beach to return seashells and pebbles collected by his children – a 2-year-old boy and a 9year-old girl. His wife flew back to Germany with the children, but has returned to Rhodes with Enns’s sister to help in the search efforts.
