Rates

Sometimes we can use the concept of ratio to find the rate. The rate is a special kind of ratio which compares quantities that are different.

We use the rate when we are required to calculate speed or tell how long we took to read a certain number of pages in a book. Then rate is also used in several other occasions. Discuss some of these occasions with someone.
