Dear Sir:
Request for Donation of Snacks for Cultural Presentation
The members of the Culture Committee of Boston’s Primary have organized a Mashramani presentation for our community on Friday, February16, from 1:00p.m to 2:30p.m. We intend to have 50 participants who will portray our rich heritage in poems, songs and dances.
We believe that, with your help, we can make a significant difference in feeding our participants after their hard work. We would be grateful if your company could provide patties, pine tarts and fruit juices for our participants. We would also be grateful if you could package the snacks for individual distribution.
We would greatly appreciate it if the donations could be sent to our school by 1:30 p.m. on February 16. In recognition of your contribution, we would be pleased to acknowledge your support at our event so we would be happy to have a representative from your company. Your support will not only satisfy our need but will also send a strong message about the unity of our community.
For more details or to discuss how you can assist us, please feel free to reach out to me through our supervising teacher at johntalbot @yahoo.com of call 226-9894
