Romantic movie for Indian Cultural Centre

The Indian Cultural Centre will screen the 2015 romantic hit movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo today from 4.30 pm at its New Haven, Bel Air location.

According to a press release in the movie Yuvraj Vijay Singh, played by Salman Khan, is a prince who is stubborn and is engaged to be married to a princess, Maithili, played by Sonam Kapoor. Prem, also played by Salman Khan, falls in love with the princess. Family members intervene to stop the marriage and to get their hands on the money. “The resulting story is a mix of music, comedy, fighting and tears which has won some awards,” the release said.

The film was directed by Sooraj Baratya and admission is free.
