Fitness Express to sponsor national b/building c/ships

Fitness Express has once again answered the call of the Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Inc. (GBBFFI).

The long standing benefactor of the federation has once again agreed to be a platinum sponsor of the annual National Senior Championships scheduled for next Sunday evening at the Parc Rayne Banquet Hall in Houston.

During a simple ceremony recently at the entity’s 47 John and Sheriff Streets location, representative, Darren McDonald presented a cheque for a substantial sum to GBBFFI’s Vice President, Seeon Satrohan.

The funds will be used to offset some of the expenses of the event which commences at 19:00hrs.

Meanwhile, for the fourth time on the National Senior’s stage, the Men’s Physique segment will be contested along with the customary bodybuilding categories, Ms. Bikini and Ms. Body Fitness categories. This year’s event promises to be of a higher standard since many of the athletes have been through months of grueling contest prep.

According to President of the Federation, Coel Marks, “in excess of 20 athletes, inclusive of five females will be on the stage displaying their physiques.” Admission to the venue is $2500.

Some other notable sponsors include: Trophy Stall, Zoon Online Shopping, Atlantic Marine Supplies, 711 Beverage Depot (Pet Boys) and Sleepin Hotel.
