Bids opened for water treatment chemical

Multi-million dollar bids were opened on Tuesday for the supply of Calcium Hypochlorite to the Guyana Water Incorporated. Four companies including a Caribbean sister country signaled their interest in supplying the utility company with the water treatment chemical.

The bids were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) at Main and Urquhart streets.
