GBTI hosts Diwali evening

The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry on Sunday hosted an evening of Dance, Songs and Music at its recreational Centre in Bel Air in observance of Diwali. A release from the bank said that the event which featured mainly staff talent was organized by a staff committee led by Jaishree Lam. Staff donned their Indian cultural wear and participated in scrumptious seven-curry, sweet meats and other delights.
