May I respond to Freddie K umn of April 26th, 2021, titled ` News cannot criticize the Govt. unfairly’.

While I read Mr. Rohee’s “l did not read the shortened ve Stabroek News, to which Fredd Rohee’s “long” letter could hav shorter (~40% of its original len serve its intended purpose, witho ing/understand­ing being lost. letter, allows more space for words and writers.
