Chopard announced Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi as its new global brand ambassador during the 72nd Festival de Cannes, at a dinner on the rooftop of Hôtel Martinez. Best known for her starring turn in Lee Ang’s 2000 hit Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Zhang is celebrating her 20th year in showbiz and was honoured for personifying “all the emotions evoked by Chopard creations”.
