China’s meteorological and weather forecasting services are world leaders. The weather forecasts have been increasingly accurate. Last year, the World Meteorological Organization listed the China Meteorological Administration as a world meteorological center. There are more than 60,000 ground monitoring stations and 198 meteorological radars across the country, helping cover all urban areas and 90 percent of rural areas. Eighteen steps will be introduced to promote further tax cuts. The government will strive to reduce the tax burden of small and micro enterprises and improve people’s livelihoods. It has developed tourism facilities and advanced tourism education resources. In addition, as a bond linking the Chinese mainland with Portuguese-speaking countries, Macao can contribute to promoting business cooperation and serve the Belt and Road Initiative.
