The fund is prepared for new innovation and entrepreneurship teams that focus on strategic industries and show promise for Zhuhai’s development. Projects that enter the Pearl River Talent Program are also eligible.

Any Nobel Prize laureate or Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering academician who works full-time in Zhuhai will be given a 2 million yuan award and 6 million yuan housing subsidy: 8 million yuan in total.

Local organizations will receive 6 million yuan for each new academician cultivated for the Chinese Academy of Sciences or the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Maximum support of 6 million yuan will be given to any Zhuhai company that sets up offshore innovation centers and recruits local talents overseas, as well as organizers of influential events in Zhuhai.

The maximum fund for any innovation and entrepreneurship team with excellent development potential, and for those schooled overseas who participate in excellent programs in Zhuhai.

First-class high-level experts in Zhuhai can receive 1 million yuan award and can also apply for 2 million yuan in housing subsidies and 300,000 yuan in interest subsidies.

Second-class high-level experts in Zhuhai can receive 600,000 yuan and apply for 1.4 million yuan in housing subsidies and 300,000 yuan in subsidies.

High-level Talent Entrepreneurship Projects can receive up to 2 million yuan.

Third-class high-level experts in Zhuhai can receive 300,000 yuan and can apply for 1 million yuan in housing subsidies and 300,000 yuan subsidies.
