To promote mutual reinforcement of industry and technology, it is necessary to increase the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements by universities. It is suggested to establish a research project approval mechanism with the commercialization of research results as the goal, using the commercialization performance as an assessment indicator for project acceptance.
